Do you remember?
The first breath. The first cry. The first step. The first laugh. The first fall. The first wound. The first kiss and the first separation. The first sunrise in which you fell in love. The first sunset in which you lost a part of yourself. Because she didn’t come.
Do you remember that first white hair that bloomed like a cherry in your hair? The first wrinkle on your forehead, furrowed with fatigue your eyes. The first cramp in your legs. The first spasm in your soul. The first white moonlessness. The first dead insomnia.
Do you remember?
The first fear of death. The first loss of the flesh. Of thought. Youth. Love. The first storm of May. The first memory of Paradise. The first thought of the end.
Do you remember?
